Student Survey Part I Send Comments to the Instructor

To The Proctor:

Barstow College students are required to fill out the student surveys below before taking their proctored exam. The time it takes to fill out these exams SHOULD NOT be counted towards time allowed for taking the actual exam.

To the Students:

Barstow College would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our college to obtain your education. We value our students and strive to continually improve our online program.  In order to accomplish this goal, we need the assistance of our most valuable asset our students.  Consequently, before taking your proctored exam you will be required to fill out the two student surveys below.

Please note that the instructors will not see any identifying student information from these student surveys.  Comments will be sent to the instructor after the grading period has ended and with all identifying student information removed.  Please rest assured that your grade will not be changed regardless of how you fill out these two surveys. 

After you have completed both surveys your proctored exam page link will appear.
