Midterm Exam Information
Date:
September 9, 2010 through September 14, 2010 at Barstow College or Ft. Irwin. If you would like to take the exam at Miramar, let me know in advance (At least one week early). There is no need to fill out the proctor form if you are going to take the exam at the college and Ft. Irwin.
If you want to take the exam anywhere else, you can take the exam under the supervision of a proctor. To do so, make sure that you find a proctor then fill out the proctor form (on the class homepage website). The proctor form must be filled during the first two weeks of class. You must adhere to the proctor requirements listed on the proctor form.

Section 2.2 "Solving Equations: Multiplication Principle".
Section 2.3 "Solving Equations: Using the Principles Together".
Section 2.4 "Applications/Formulas ".
Section 4.1 "Integers as Exponent".
Section 4.3 "Introduction to Polynomials".
Section 4.4 "Addition and Subtraction Of Polynomials".
Time allowed: Two (2) hours
Number of questions: 35 multiple-choice questions.
Open/Closed Book? The exam is closed book/Closed
notes.
Important Note:
The exam will be given completely online under the supervision of a proctor.
Don’t forget your pen or pencil.
You can bring your calculator.
No notebooks or any textbooks allowed in the exam.
You can ask the proctor for three (3) scratch papers (You are NOT allowed to keep them).
