How to Read Instructions While Doing Your Work
To Print Instructions
Click the File menu from the menu bar at the top of your browser window (the window in which you are now reading this information).
Click the Print command to print these instructions.
OR
To Minimize, Restore, and Open Another Window
You can avoid having to print these instructions and save printing costs by keeping these instructions available while you do your class work.
Read the next two steps before doing them:
The window will shrink to show only the name of the browser and drop to the Taskbar (the bar with the Start button) usually located at the bottom of the screen.
Note: With these instructions minimized, start Microsoft Excel to display its window and do your work for the class. You can also open a second Netscape or Internet Explorer window where you can perform separate tasks, such as working with e-mail, while keeping these instructions available in the original Netscape or Internet Explorer window.
You can switch back and forth between windows by minimizing and restoring the window you need to see. For example, when instructions are minimized, you can click the name of the minimized browser from the taskbar to restore it and display instructions each time you need to read them.
To return to the Home page where you can reselect the Current Week on which you are working, click the Home button below.
