INSTRUCTOR:

Carmen Teal is a practicing artist in the High Desert area. However, she has displayed her works of art throughout Southern California. She received her B.A. from San Diego State University and an M.A. from California State University, San Bernardino. She teaches art both at Barstow Community College and at Victor Valley Community College. She enjoys not only teaching and practicing art, but visiting the many art museums and galleries throughout the United States and in other countries.
